The aim of the job is to assist with my morning routine enabling me to start the day off and live an independent life. I am a male in my mid 30’s and paralysed from the shoulder down having suffered a spinal cord injury. This means that I require assistance in all aspects of my life.

We are looking for someone who can visit two to three times a week for up to maximum of 10 hours per week in the afternoon in order to assist our young daughter.

I am a vibrant and fun-loving woman, a full-time wheelchair user due to a spinal injury. I live in a happy household in the Meadows area with a view of the Castle. I have two adorable cats, I love good food, gardening, cooking, socialising and great art and design.

Disabled gentleman in Lasswade looking to hire two personal assistants to help him with personal care in the mornings.  The shift will start between 0800 to 0830 (exact time to be negotiated) And will last two hours and ten minutes.

I am looking for Personal Assistants who are friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour.  They must be able to give me the space I need to continue developing but also guide me. We are looking for an experienced PA to support an Autistic woman in her 20s to maintain independence and build on existing personal and social skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work flexibly while making a real difference to someone’s ability to live their best life.

Rate of pay £14.75 per hour – 6 hours per week to be worked on a Monday and/or Tuesday. This is a super opportunity for someone who just needs to work a few hours each week.

Our personal assistant (PA) is retiring after 13 years so we are looking for a male PA to provide companionship and support to a young man (32 years) who has a mild learning difficulty and is well known in his local community. We are looking for someone who will support him with his interests which include football and woodwork.  He just loves socialising including bowling, attending concerts and football matches.  The PA would be expected to join in activities when required and support him with his independence in everyday tasks.
