The National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) is working in  partnership with Children in Scotland and Contact to trial Time to Talk Next Steps Scotland.   This one-year pilot, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, will build on nationally identified needs in Scotland to improve transitions for young people with additional support needs.    The project will be informed by coproduction with young people, parents and carers in Scotland, as well as learning from NDTi’s Time to Talk Next Steps project in England.
