New ESA resources available on E-Library

Grapevine have been made aware of brand new resources from The Action Group which give user friendly information on how to approach Employment Support Allowance (ESA). Glapevine Information Service All Incapacity Benefit claimants are being reassessed for ESA.  Many have already undergone Work Capability Assessments in order to be awarded the benefit.  Some have had to undergo a review or appeal the decisions, based on their ability to carry out work related activity or not.

There has been much controversy in over the course of the Work Capability Assessments and the way they have been conducted as well as decisions made as a result of them.  Hopefully for many these resources will help those who are involved in the process of claiming, having a decision reviewed or indeed appealing.
