CHANGE are working on a project about coming out of Assessment and Treatment Units (inpatient hospitals) and moving back into the community.
We would like to hear about experiences of people with learning disabilities to see how this can be done in the best way.
There is a questionnaire (see link here to download: moving-back-to-the-community-questionnaire) for people who have experienced Assessment and Treatment Units to share their experiences?
This information will help us find out what works well and what can be improved. It is very important to hear people’s views because the findings will be used in Transforming Care with the Department of Health.
