Due to recent staffing changes, we have unfortunately had to take the decision to suspend our Self-Management service. This means we are not able take any new referrals including any self-referrals at this time.
We are planning to offer Self-Management support again, and we will update our website with more information about this as soon as we are in a position to do so.
