This Peer Support Group is for disabled people, people living with long-term conditions and older people living in West Lothian.
It is facilitated by the Peer Support and Learning Team and Carers of West Lothian, providing a safe space for people to meet, share experiences, support each other and talk about what’s important to them.
After the group, a buffet with a selection of sweet and savoury items is provided for lunch.

- Allows sharing of resources and information
This group will take place in person at Carmondean Centre in West Lothian. If you cannot make the in-person group we do hold online groups via Zoom: please see the events schedule for details.

We have a limited number of spaces available for this event. To register a place please email SDS@lothiancil.org.uk.
Once registered, a member of the Peer Support and Learning Team will be in touch to confirm any dietary and taxi requirements.
Please note: We require registration by Thursday 28th September. After this date, any dietary requirements will not be able to be catered for.
