Who is it for?
This Peer Support Group is for disabled people, people living with long-term conditions and older people living in West Lothian.
What to expect:
It is facilitated by the Peer Support and Learning Team providing a safe space for people to meet, share experiences, support each other and talk about what’s important to them.
After the group, a buffet with a selection of sweet and savoury items is provided for lunch.

- Develop skills and build confidence
The group:
- Is relaxed & informal
- Allows time to talk to each other
- Allows sharing of resources and information
Location
This group will take place in person at North Barn, Carmondean Community Centre in West Lothian.
Register to Attend:
We have a limited number of spaces available for this event. To register for a place please email SDS@lothiancil.org.uk.
Once registered, a member of the Peer Support and Learning Team will be in touch to confirm any dietary and accessibility requirements.
Please note: We require registration by Thursday 29th February at 12 noon. After this date, any dietary requirements will not be able to be catered for.
