About me
- I am creative and enjoy making art, music and poetry.
- I have varied intense interests, which come and go over time but currently include railway signalling and LEGO.
- I am an Autistic ADHDer, with variable physical capacity.
- I don’t eat as healthily as I should, and currently don’t get outside as much as I would like.
The role
- Practical support with household tasks and cleaning.
- Help with planning and organising.
- Making occasional phone calls on my behalf.
- Supporting me to eat healthily and plan/batch-cook vegetarian meals.
- Accompanying me on walks to encourage me to get out more.
- Additional tasks, as may be agreed upon.
About you
- You are kind, patient and empathetic.
- You have a good understanding of the neurodiversity paradigm, ideally with lived experience of neurodivergence.
- You are able to gently encourage me to plan and manage everyday tasks at my pace.
- You are a non-smoker and do not wear perfume.
