Temporary self-employed contract for 3 months with potential further work after the summer
Rate: £19/hr
Each post is for 15hrs/wk (a mixture of day and evening) across 3 days each, throughout the summer.
Do you want to make a real difference to someone’s life? Do you have skills and experience that could be helpful in support a young woman (18) who has real challenges in ensuring her own well-being and participation in the community? This is also a great opportunity to learn new skills and develop your practice in a person-centred way as well as build on your current skills and knowledge.
You will need to be a good communicator, compassionate, patient, able to ‘think on your feet’ and be calm under pressure.
We are looking for two people with a sense of humour, able to work creatively and flexibly and interested in getting to know the person behind the smile.
