DESCRIPTION:Open to all disabled people and people living with long term conditions across the Lothians and Edinburgh\, this workshop will aim to help you understand when to complain and what makes a good complaint. We will focus on informing you how best to put a case forward and challenge a decision as well as highlight where you can go to receive support through a complaints process.
