Operations and Finance Lead

  • Full time (35.75 hours per week)
  • Salary: £35,000
  • Hybrid (Office in Edinburgh)

LCIL is a user-led organisation providing a range of services that enable Disabled People to live independently in the community of their choice.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and help shape and develop our work with disabled people across Edinburgh and the Lothians.

We’re looking for an Operations and Finance Lead to join our Leadership Team, where your expertise will guide strategic and operational leadership across our operations and finance services.

This post is an essential lead role contributing to the ongoing sustainability of LCiL enabling it to take forward a new three-year strategic plan which is currently being developed.

Operations and Finance Lead role:

  • The post holder will manage a team and support professional development across the organisation.
  • Lead strategic and operational management across finance, IT, HR, and facilities.
  • Work alongside the CEO and the Services and Development Lead to ensure a strong connection between organisational and services planning, and financial sustainability.
  • Ensuring robust management of organisations’ financial and operational processes.
  • Foster collaboration and best practises across services.
