We are looking for an experienced PA to support an autistic adult in their 20s to maintain their independence and build on their existing personal and social skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work flexibly while making a real difference to someone’s ability to live their best life.
You will be supporting the employer to plan and carry out a range of everyday administrative and domestic tasks within their own home.
Hours and rate of pay
There is a high degree of flexibility around when hours can be worked provided last minute changes are avoided.
The number of hours is likely to vary depending on the task, but will aim for a guaranteed minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 12 hours per week. Support will be in person unless otherwise agreed.
Pay will be £14.18 per hour for the right person.
