Young woman (age 15 years) seeks personal assistant, to assist with social and creative activities.
Looking for someone who has similar interests; horse riding, skateboarding and enjoys day trips to quieter places.
Support to access public transport and to build confidence in independent living skills.
May be required to accompany me to appointments.
Experience of mental health/autism/acquired brain injury preferred. Must have an understanding of pacing to help support fatigue.
Communication skills are central to this role, and we require someone who is able to listen carefully, communicate effectively and resolve potential conflict situations in a calm manner. You must be trustworthy, compassionate and patient, and able to work using your own initiative.
Hours and rate of pay
8 hours per week – £9.98 per hour.
