Are you disabled or have a long term condition and live in Midlothian? Are you interested in finding out how you can make the best of self-directed support?
Forward Mid and Lothian Centre for Inclusive Living (LCiL) are organising 3 free local workshops across Midlothian.
These informal workshops will give you the opportunity to learn about and discuss self-directed support in an informal and friendly environment.
We will look at:
- What self-directed support is
- The steps to getting self-directed support
- What is meant by outcomes?
- Helping you to identify what your outcomes might be
- Where you can get further information and support
We have organised 3 workshops in different areas so you can choose the one that’s most convenient to you:
Monday 14th July – Dalkeith Arts Centre. 1pm – 4pm.
Monday 21st July – Gorebridge Primary School. 1pm – 4pm.
