You will learn how to access an assessment for SDS and learn what your rights are surrounding the topic. You will also be able to hear from one of our LCiL Champions about their own lived experience. \nYou will learn:\n\nWhat Self-Directed Support (SDS) is\nWhat the 4 options for support are\nHow to access an SDS assessment\nWhat your rights are\n\nWho is it for?\nDisabled people and people with long-term health conditions across Edinburgh\, Midlothian\, East and West Lothian. \nLocation\nThe Introduction to Self-Directed Support Workshop takes place on Zoom. \n  \nFind out more about Peer Support and Learning or Independent Living Support. \n  \nRegister to Attend:\nPlaces are limited\, we recommend registering in advance.
