DESCRIPTION:This workshop\, co-hosted by two of our development workers\, will aim to help you understand how planning/preparation can help\, providing you with an increased awareness of your rights in relation to social care and benefits. We aim to increase your knowledge of where to go for help and who can support you and help you to feel more confident overall in preparing for meetings and assessments.
