COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland)

COSCA provides information on all aspects of counselling and counselling training in Scotland.
Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS)
CAS helps people resolve their financial, legal and other problems by providing information and advice.
UK Self Help Groups
This site provides links to the websites of many self-help and support groups, including those concerned with specific physical and psychological conditions.
