Job Ref: CM_LM Part – Time Personal Assistant Required - Bonnyrigg
PA required to support a middle aged man with communication and physical difficulties, including epilepsy, as a result of a stroke.
To assist with going for walks, cinema, fishing, bowling, cafes, and other activities.
It is essential that the client’s safety is maintained at all times, therefore the post requires someone who is mature, and responsible, and sensitive to the client’s needs. The PA must be patient and have varied interests.
Experience is preferred, and in particular, training in First Aid.
You must have a full driving licence and access to a car, however the employer’s mobility car may be available.

The Post:
Area: Bonnyrigg. Lothian bus route: 31.
Hours: 9 hours per week. Shifts will typically be Thursday and Friday 11am - 4pm approx, however these hours are flexible and may vary in accordance with the needs of the employer.
Rate of pay: £8.75/hour.

Do you have a spare couple of hours to spend time playing and looking after the safety of a six year old boy with additional support needs?
We are looking for a team of support workers to work with a boisterous 6 year old boy who needs help with communication and support to maintain his safety.
Gain valuable work experience!
This post requires someone who is enthusiastic and works well with children, and who is also responsible, caring and willing to learn.
You will be required to work 6-9 hours per week
Rate of pay £8.75/hour
Additional hours will become available during the school holidays
Area: Roslin. On the 15/37/47 Lothian Buses route. Also on the First Bus 141 route. This bus stops at Queen Margaret University Campus.
