Blue Badge Reform Consultation
The Blue Badge Scheme is a critical service for enabling improved mobility for disabled people.
The Scheme has been running since 1971 and needs to be updated to ensure that it stays fit for purpose in the 21st century. The proposals set out in this document will assist us in achieving our goals for improving the Blue Badge Scheme.

End of Life Assistance (Scotland) Bill 2010
The Scottish Parliament has set up a special committee to discuss the End of Life Assistance (Scotland) Bill. The committee is currently taking written evidence first and then will call some groups/individuals to give oral evidence. The Bill is due to be debated and voted on by all MSPs in the parliament in the autumn.
