Complaints Procedures
LCiL is keen to keep improving our service to people and would welcome any feedback, suggestions or ideas from its service-users.
You do, however, have a right to complain about the service provided, or on the grounds of discriminatory conduct, by LCiL. Your complaint will be dealt with as quickly as possible and, if you wish, you may be accompanied by someone to support you at any stage in the under noted process.
